Welcome to Harvest of Peace! Below is our Shipping and Return Policy for our handmade dry towelettes. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined here.

1. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Method:
    • All orders are shipped via USPS using the lowest-cost shipping option by default. If you require expedited shipping, please select and pay for the upgraded option during checkout.
  • Processing Time:
    • All items listed online are handmade and ready to ship. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination. Expedited shipping costs will be determined by your selected service.
  • Shipping Address:
    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges:
    • Due to the nature of our handmade products and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
  • Damaged Items:
    • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at Therese@Harvestofpeace.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review the claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Mail Theft or Lost Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:
    • Once the package is marked as delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for loss or theft.
    • To protect your purchase, we recommend:
      • Choosing a secure delivery location.
      • Adding signature confirmation to your shipment during checkout.
      • Contacting USPS directly if your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located.
  • Insurance:
    • If you would like to purchase shipping insurance for added protection, please select this option at checkout.
